Reference Definitions

• Your-Own-World.COM® and Your Own World® refers to the Your Own World Network and its websites, and excludes its owners and operators.
• 'Material' refers to any file uploaded to Your Own World® and/or any file stored on Your Own World®'s servers.
• 'You' refers to you as the individual who uploads material to Your Own World®, has uploaded files to Your Own World®, or accesses files from Your Own World®.
• 'URL' refers to the location of any file located on the Your Own World® Network

Your-Own-World.COM® Terms of Service

Your-Own-World.COM® reserves the right to have removed or replaced, any files contained within the Your Own World network. Your-Own-World.COM® assumes no liability for lost or misplaced information.

By using the service provided by "Your-Own-World.COM®" you, as a user of this service, agree to the following conditions of use:

• You are prohibited from uploading any material classified as "Pornography", "Violently Obscene", "Explicitly Sexual in Nature" or in any way depicting material legally considered unsuitable for viewing by minors. This includes pictures, both photographic or artistically rendered, that display human nudity or the act of sexual intercourse.


• You are prohibited from uploading any material protected in any way by United States copyright law, without explicit consent from the holder of said rights. If you are the holder of said rights, you do not forfeit any of these rights in the act of uploading protected material.


• You are prohibited from uploading any material which violates United States law in any way.


• Any material removed by Your Own World® forfeits all commission associated to that material.


• Any user in violation of Your Own World® forfeits all commission earned.


• Any credits earned are subject to fraudulent checks and adjustments are made accordingly.


• Any user found Spamming materials forfeits all credits, commission and there account is terminated.


• Payments are issued net 45 using the billing details provided within your account.


• Payments require a minimum account balance of credits representing $50 for normal payments and $500 for wire transfers.

To report Material in violation of the above rules, please click the Report link found under any material being viewed.

Failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in the immediate removal of any offending Material, and the immediate banning of the offending user(s) for a time which "Your-Own-World.COM" reserves the right to define, and modify at any time.

Privacy Policy

At any given time, the following data and information about a user may be collected:

• IP Address
• Login cookie
• Date and Time at which a file is uploaded, or accessed
• File's URL
• Referrer logs

Your-Own-World.COM® is fanatically dedicated to your privacy and will never under any circumstances sell, trade or otherwise provide personally identifiable information to any third party other than law-enforcement.

Legal Policy

By using the services provided by "Your-Own-World.COM", you are expressing consent to be bound by all "Terms of Service" defined by "Your-Own-World.COM", both currently existing and defined in future.

Ignorance of any of the Terms of Service defined above does not in any way impact their binding nature. Any infringements will be dealt with irrelevant of any knowledge on the part of the user of the binding nature of such.
